Tonight Lisa Hutchison, Mikeala Skosberg and I reenacted the Tarot sequences from Querelle filling in the gaps between Moreau's readings and the cards she put down on the table, which I believed were not there but actually are. I like how Moreau's lover, Querelle's brother, turns his gold ring several times at the end of the film, we spend some time trying to focus in on its design.
